How can I change my user account password?
If you want to update your password please do the following:
- Go to your MWM account (click on the profile icon on the header), and choose 'personal information'.
- Click on 'edit' from the "password" section.
- Enter your old password, the new password you chose (that one needs to be entered twice), and click on save.
Your password is now updated, and you can use it to connect to your MWM account on the website or on the configuration software.
How can I change my user account informations?
If you want to update your information, simply go in your account (click on the profile icon on the header), and choose 'personal information'. From there you will be able to update your email address, phone..etc.
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
From the MWM website:
- click on the profile icon on the header, and select 'login/create account'
- click on 'forgot password?' just below the login section
- enter your registered email address and confirm (please make sure to use the email address you used when creating your MWM account)
- a confirmation message will appear, telling you to check your email inbox to reset your password.
- from your email inbox, open the email 'Reset your MWM account password' (the email may end up in your SPAM folder, make sure to check it)
- the email will contain a link, click on it to update your password
- you can always change your password from your account, in the 'personnal information' section
From the configuration software:
- on the connection screen, click on 'forgot password?', you will be redirected to the MWM website.
How can I create my MWM account?
From the website:
- click on the user icon on the header of the website, and select "register"
- enter your email address and your password (password needs to be entered twice for confirmation)
- opt-in for the newsletter if you want to receive exclusive info about our products and discounts
- click on 'create'
- you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes: make sure to click on the confirmation link to validate your account.
From the configuration software:
- open the software, you will be asked to register
- enter your email address and password (password needs to be entered twice for confirmation)
- click on 'register' to validate
